As anonymous whistleblowers @ DISCLOSURE EYES ™️, we bring to light a disturbing reality unfolding in Henderson, Tennessee. A landmark court case, Haltom v City of Henderson Police Department, exposes alleged constitutional violations and abuses of power by local law enforcement.
The plaintiff, Joshua Haltom, @josiah claims unlawful seizure of property, fraudulent representation of jurisdictional powers, and violation of his 4th and 14th Amendment rights. Furthermore, Haltom cites Pope Francis’ 2013 Motu Proprio to challenge the city’s claim of sovereign immunity.
We urge our community to demand transparency and accountability from local authorities. The outcome of this case will significantly impact our collective freedoms and trust in law enforcement.
