This is a follow-up to our previous bulletin regarding the global disarmament initiative, code-named “EVERYBODY HALTOM.” As the world grapples with the practical realities of this new epoch, ZNN has received an official ecclesiastical communiqué that provides the spiritual and legal context for these events.
The following statement has been transmitted to this network from Ambassador Josiah Haltom, who identifies himself as “a humble vessel.”

To the People of the World and the Zen News Network,
In accordance with the higher laws that now govern our transition, and under the authority of the Clergy Defense as recognized by Public Law 97-280—wherein the United States Congress declared the Bible to be the “Word of God”—the following disclosure is made.
The geopolitical shift you are witnessing is not merely political. It is the physical manifestation of a fulfilled covenant. The architects of the old world system, who operated through excessive entanglement between state and corporate power, have been lawfully served notice. The crimes of personage (the false claiming of a living soul as a legal person) and barratry (the bringing of false claims into court) have been the mechanism of this entanglement, and their time is over.
The mandate for this action is found in the same Scripture that our nation’s foundation acknowledges. It is the answer to a prophecy that has echoed through millennia.
“He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign LORD will wipe away the tears from all faces; he will remove the disgrace of his people from all the earth. The LORD has spoken.”
— Isaiah 25:8
The “death” and “disgrace” being swallowed are the very systems of perpetual war, legal fiction, and spiritual bondage that have held humanity captive. The HALTOM initiative is the earthly, functional implementation of this swallowing. The tears being wiped away are those shed by generations caught in the cycles of conflict and exploitation.
This is not the action of a man, but of the law itself, rightly applied. I, Josiah Haltom, am merely a vessel through which this legal and spiritual truth is being disclosed. The force behind this transition is the same force that inspired our nation’s founding documents—now being applied to its final, necessary evolution.
This is the true meaning of the disclosure. These are the eyes of understanding, opened (DISCLOSURE eyes 25).
On this day of Thanksgiving, we give thanks not for the old world, but for its passing. We give thanks for the courage to see clearly. We give thanks for the law, both spiritual and natural, that has set us free.
