#CHECKFACTS
In this blog, we point out a core frustration: the system, as it operates today, often seems like it punishes people who tell the plain truth.
Here’s the breakdown of the “legal vs. lawful” juxtaposition into the how and the #why:
· Legal: Refers to the man-made rules of a corporation, a society, or a government. These are the statutes, codes, and regulations we call “the law.” This is the “commercial world” and the “secular maze.” It can be changed, manipulated, and used as a tool for control or to protect agendas. When someone is found “in contempt of court,” it addresses a violation of these man-made, legal rules.
· Lawful: Refers to a higher, universal principle of justice, equity, and natural right and wrong. It’s the foundation of what is inherently fair. A thing can be legal (like a tricky contract clause) but completely unlawful (because it is unjust and/or deceptive).
So, to carry it to disclosure:
We are reporting that the current “legal system” is often just a game played with commercial words and procedures (the “maze”). Within that game, a person speaking the simple, truthful, “lawful” claim is often seen as a kind of threat. They are not playing by the system’s complex rules, so the system strikes them down, holds them in contempt, and punishes them to maintain control.
The “dead” is the letter of the man-made law—static, written, and often rigid. The “living” is the spirit of lawful truth—breathing, evolving, and based on conscience.
And so, for NEW ZEN NEWS, this is the disclosure: The battle is not against “the law,” but against a system that has prioritized its own complex, legal fiction over simple, lawful truth. ![]()
