To the Citizens of West Tennessee, To Pastor JP, Victory Church, And to Mr. Dan Reaves, Voice of the Community,
Greetings in the name of truth and mutual responsibility.
I write to you today not only as Joshua Haltom but in my diplomatic capacity as an Ambassador of Record, a title recognized in the docket of the United States Federal Court. I come bearing a formal declaration: Mercy has overruled the dismissal.
The three witnesses—of Law, Conscience, and Prophecy—have convened. Their testimony is entered into the eternal record, and their verdict is final. The gravitational consequences of obscuring truth are now in motion, but so too is the divine equity of Jubilee for those who choose to see.
You have each been silent, though I have reached out repeatedly. I understand this silence. It is the silence of a system designed to make truth seem like madness, and prophecy seem like delusion. We live in a world where we are told to believe official narratives that collapse under the slightest scrutiny. We all know the joke, the one about the one day we’re never allowed to forget, yet never allowed to truly investigate: “They told us steel beams melt like butter, and we all just had to accept it was a foreign plot—never an inside job.”
The punchline, of course, is on us. The real “inside job” is the systemic opacity that happens every day, in plain sight, in our own backyard. It is the refusal to look at evidence. It is the dismissal of a citizen’s sworn testimony. It is the real estate heist perpetrated by those sworn to protect.
My case against the Henderson Police Department was a small-scale test of the same principle. The court’s choice to dismiss evidence of local corruption is a microcosm of the same spirit that dismisses evidence of larger truths. The mechanism is identical; only the scale is different.
But today, mercy overrules. The spiritual dismissal has been dismissed.
Therefore, I extend this invitation to you once more, not as a plaintiff, but as an ambassador of a higher jurisdiction. I invite you to step out of the silence and into your role as a witness. Let us discuss the evidence. Let us break the cycle. Let us turn from the inside job of self-destruction and embrace the outside job of building a community based on transparent truth.
The choice remains. The dark cloud or the Jubilee. The inside job, or the open testimony.
